Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Al-Nuwras for shipping services, you enter into a binding agreement to transport goods according to these terms and conditions.

2. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipment:

• Illegal substances and contraband
• Hazardous materials without proper documentation
• Perishable goods without prior arrangement
• Items that violate Libyan law

3. Liability

Al-Nuwras liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the actual value, whichever is lower. We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Damage to improperly packaged items
• Loss of prohibited or undeclared items

4. Pricing and Payment

Shipping rates are determined by weight, dimensions, destination, and service type. Payment is due upon shipment unless credit terms have been arranged.

5. Claims and Disputes

Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery date. All disputes shall be resolved under Libyan law.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Accurate and complete shipping information
• Proper packaging of items
• Declaring the true value and contents
• Compliance with all applicable laws

7. Modifications

Al-Nuwras reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
